In order to complete the "Linear Building" in 2014, in extention to the Research Center Pietro Ferrero, located instead of Ex Filanda Pelisseri, finished in 2016, it was decided to increase the area of the  pre-existing Gatehouse. The building, developed in a triangular floor about 150 sqm, it is renewed with new 120 sqm, continuing to follow the triangular shape in floor plan. The new projetc consists of a remodelling of receptive areas, services and new meeting rooms.
