Upgrading of offices

The intervention aimed at upgrading the building to change its use. Dating back to mid XIX century, the original two-floor building in via Reiss Romoli was maintained and destined to commercial activities on the ground floor and service activities on the first floor, thanks to the addition of a loft. The courtyard was taken down and substituted with a new building for artisanal and tertiary activities, characterized by a façade covered in dark grey ceramic panels divided into five great glass portions. The inside courtyard was reorganized as a green space and parking lot.
