The restructuring of the pre-existing building to turn it into the new active offices of Microntel S.p.a. has maintained the same external size of the building, and focused on the restyling. The metal panelling on the facade was enlarged, also laterally, new glass facades were put up, the low pre-existing structure was covered with insulated corrugated metal sheets and the outside stair was covered with expanded sheets.

Thanks to the height of the building, the interior was divided by realizing a loft, with two stairs, facing the central hall. All around the hall are the offices divided by glass walls.
