The project aimed at the renovation and requalification of the building in via Crescentino, realizing house units from an industrial building of the early 1900, once a pharmaceutical industry. The intervention consisted in the conservation and evaluation of the typical and architectural elements of the industrial complex throughout innovative solutions and technologies following the latest needs of residential and commercial areas.

The façade on the street was restored maintaining its original character, whereas the internal façades were redesigned to make them all alike. The project included the renovation of the lofts to make houses out of them, 54 flats from 80 to 180 mq. In the inside courtyard, an underground parking lot was built with 18 garages.
