The intervention consists in creating a new industrial building to become the logistic centre within the production area of the Ferrero society in Alba. Two blocks with different uses: the Production Area on two levels (9.875 mq) and the Logistic Area, where the two levels have different functions: the loading of products and the storage (7.000 mq). The offices are organized on three different levels. The entire building is 210 x 112 m and its volume is 229.000 mc.
